  Wuhu Chengtuo Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. was established in January 2006, specializing in the production and precision machining of castings for various brands of automotive components, as well as engineering hydraulic components such as pumps, valves, and motors. The main automotive components include brake caliper bodies and brackets, steering knuckles, engine inserts, differential housings, turbo housings, and exhaust pipes. The primary engineering hydraulic components include Rexroth series, Oilwell series, Parker series, and those for construction machinery and agricultural machinery. The company possesses mold development and manufacturing capabilities. With strong R&D and design capabilities, it holds 25 patents (including 8 invention patents), has participated in drafting 2 national standards and 1 industry standard, and is recognized as a national-level "little giant" enterprise specializing in precision and innovation, an Anhui Province champion in specialized and innovative enterprises, a high-tech enterprise in Anhui, a provincial-certified enterprise technology center, and a provincial industrial design center. It has also obtained CNAS national laboratory accreditation. The company has passed IATF16949:2016 quality management system certification, ISO14001:2015 environmental management system certification, and GB/T45001-2020/ISO45001:2018 occupational health and safety management system certification.

  The company is a long-term supplier for clients such as Wanxiang Qianchao Co., Ltd., Wuhu Bortli Automotive Safety Systems Co., Ltd., SAIC Motor Transmission Co., Ltd., Daicheng Auto Parts (Zhangjiagang) Co., Ltd., Sanyo Sotera Transmission Equipment Co., Ltd., Shanghai Electric Hydraulics and Pneumatics Co., Ltd., Wuxi Weifang Precision Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Lexipower Hydraulics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., Danfoss, and KSP Hydraulic (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., with some products exported to overseas markets.

  The company is located in the Fanchang Economic Development Zone, Wuhu City, Anhui Province, with a total area of 80,000 square meters and a factory area of 50,000 square meters. Currently, the company employs 400 staff members, including 130 senior engineers with expertise in casting and metalworking, as well as experienced technical and managerial personnel, 240 skilled operators in technical positions, and 30 other staff members.  

  The company operates one German HWS EFA-SD-5 sand mold static pressure molding production line, one Japanese Tokushu AMF-IV06L horizontal split mold production line, and one Danish Di-sand C3 vertical split mold production line, with an annual production capacity of 80,000 tons.  

  The company's primary testing equipment includes: a German SPECTROMAXx spectrometer, automatic sand detection instruments, rapid analysis instruments for furnace front testing, Zeiss microscopes, metallographic microscopes, spheroidization rate testers, hardness testers, material testing machines, electronic universal testing machines, X-ray flaw detectors, magnetic particle inspection equipment, Zeiss coordinate measuring machines, and comprehensive product chemical element analysis equipment.  

  Additionally, the company possesses multiple machining centers and wire-cutting equipment for mold production.
