Unconsciously, it has been over a year since I joined the company. Coinciding with the company's 20th birthday, being able to witness this moment together warms my heart and makes me feel a special sense of fate.

Salary work has made me the most special witness of the company, and over the past year, I have glimpsed many aspects of life through the cracks of numbers. The overtime pay for engineers is gradually increasing, and I can see them gently pushing open the door and looking at their wives' sleeping faces after they finish work late at night; You can also imagine him running around in front of the new construction site and computer screen, with a tired and expectant expression on his face. The performance of sales managers fluctuates, and within that undulating curve lies the flight tickets and train tickets they have traveled across the country, as well as the daze of waking up in a hotel in another city and not knowing where they are for a moment. There is also the steadily increasing seniority allowance on the master's pay slip, like an indelible mark on his hands, mixed with the smell of engine oil and the aroma of home food.

These numbers are never just numbers. Every time I calculate, I seem to lightly weigh the heavy part of someone's life - responsibility, struggle, and daily persistence in ordinary days. I gradually understand that what I am dealing with is not money, but the hope for a better life that everyone has earned with time and sweat. My job is to ensure that this hope can be firmly placed in everyone's hands.

I still remember the night when I finished calculating the company's salary for the first time. After sending the salary text message, I stared at the "successfully sent" on the screen, and my palms were sweaty. At that moment, I truly felt that those densely packed data were not cold codes, but scales of life. Every stroke passed through my hands was connected to the joys, sorrows, and joys of a family.

The most important lesson I learned from school to the company may be that the best form of a company is not just how big the business is, but also how everyone here can be seen, respected, and able to exchange their efforts for a solid life. Like a big tree, the taller it grows, the deeper and deeper its roots need to be rooted.

Standing at the threshold of the 20th anniversary, I am just a new employee who has just turned one year old, but this does not prevent me from having a deep identification and expectation for it. I hope to transition from being a payroll worker to someone who understands everyone's needs better and can create value for them. I hope that in the next twenty years, the company can walk steadily in the industry and become a "self person" that each of us can rely on and be proud of in our hearts. Let every salary message prompt be like a small cheer, reminding us that yesterday's efforts have been confirmed, and tomorrow's days are worth continuing to strive for.

I am honored to be able to come under the shade of this 20-year-old tree in the company when it is flourishing. Starting from settling every account, learn to protect every ordinary and precious effort. There is still a long way to go, I believe the company will be better, and I also believe that we will all work together with it to write warmer and more solid new stories.
