Job responsibilities:

1. Carry out daily management of mechanical equipment in the production area, timely grasp the operation status of equipment, and keep records.

2. Develop and implement various management systems such as equipment management, equipment safety operating procedures, and maintenance.

3. Responsible for preparing the company's equipment maintenance plan and spare parts plan.

4. Responsible for daily maintenance and minor repairs of company equipment, as well as coordinating major and medium repairs of equipment.

5. Responsible for guiding each position to do a good job in equipment maintenance and upkeep, ensuring that the equipment integrity rate reaches over 90%.

6. Responsible for accident management of mechanical equipment, organizing emergency repairs after accidents, conducting accident analysis, and formulating preventive measures.

7. Strictly control maintenance costs according to the issued maintenance budget.

Qualification:

1. Gender: Male; Age: 25-45 years old; Education: College degree or above.

2. Having more than three years of relevant work inspection;

3. Mechanical manufacturing related majors, proficient in operating CAD, familiar with hydraulic and pneumatic equipment operation.
